 The Paris Hilton is the site of the famed "French Chef Incident": In 1973, tipsy on half a bottle of cheap wine, Julia Child put the smackdown on Jean-Pierre Billoux in a one-hour cook-off involving goat cheese. This legendary battle would eventually form the basis for the hit show Iron Chef America.
