That's My Bush! is a reality TV show created by Trey Parker and Matt Stone for Comedy Central.
Premise[]
In That's My Bush!, two families competed to win a collection of gardening supplies. Each family would work with a team of gardening experts to "make over" the other family's garden. At the end of the show, the family with the prettiest garden would be declared the winner.
Controversy[]
Parker and Stone's first reality show was cancelled by Comedy Central immediately upon the airing of its sixth episode, which featured Tom Cruise destroying the ornamental Bonsai garden of Don Knotts. Knotts beat Cruise nearly to death with a redwood branch, which led to an outcry from the Church of Scientology as well as the Ornamental Horticulture Society of America.
