An actor and talk show host, Tony Danza is probably best known for being name-dropped by former gay lover Elton John in his Number One hit song, "Hold Me Closer, Tony Danza."
The doctrine of the trilogy states that Tony Danza is a single Being who exists, simultaneously and eternally, as a communion of three persons: Tony Banta, the form he assumed on Taxi; Tony Micelli, the form he assumed on Who's the Boss; and Tony Danza, the form he assumed on The Tony Danza Show. Since the 4th Century AD, on both broadcast and cable channels, this doctrine has been stated as "One Tony in Three Persons," all three of whom, as distinct and co-eternal "persons" or "hypostases," share a single Danza essence, being, or nature.
